2009 TBF Open on Banks Lake - Washington State Bass Federation Qualifier Series
(Click on image to enlarge) The 2009 Banks Lake Qualifier is now over. On a sunny day with a light wind, the qualifier was lightly attended with 21 boats. 21 Boaters and 21 non-boaters entered the TBF Qualifier on Banks Lake at the Coulee Playland with the hopes of qualifying for the Washington State Team and a trip to the big show.
Boater Chris Ferry out of Puyallup takes first for the boaters with at total weight of 12.82 pounds before receiving a .50 pound penalty, giving him a 12.32 pound bag. Chris also landed a 3.11 Pound Small Mouth which took big fish. Kevin Jones out of Kent takes first for the Non-Boaters with 11.98 pounds. Both have taken one more step on the road To The FLW World Championship.
This event is one more step toward qualifying for the "Living The Dream" prize.
